We ship to the United Kingdom only.

All of our orders are shipped out in recyclable bags/boxes.
We make a conscious effort to reuse packaging where we can to minimise waste.

Returns Policy

At New2U, we want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your order. Our return policy is simple and straightforward:

14-Day Return Window:
All returns must be received within 14 days from the delivery date.

Return with Tags:
All items returned must have the New2U tags attached. For “New with Tags” items, the original tags must also be included. Items returned without tags will not be eligible for a refund. Clothing must be returned in the same condition as purchased, unworn and with all tags attached. Depending on their condition, New2U will issue a full refund; however, we do not cover the cost of return shipping.

Store Credit:
If your items do not fit or if you change your mind, you will receive a New2U Gift Card/store credit for the full amount paid (excluding shipping or discounts). If you originally paid with store credit, your refund will be in store credit, regardless of the reason for the return.

Refund to Original Payment Method:
If the items you received were incorrect, damaged, missing, or not as described, we will refund you to the original payment method (starting with any store credit used) and include the cost of shipping! The refunded shipping cost is proportional to the order size; for example, if you order four items and return two, you will receive back 50% of the shipping cost.

Sale Items:
Please note that sale items are final and not eligible for return or refund.

Return with Tags:
