In the UK alone, around 2 million tonnes of textiles are purchased each year, leading to a staggering 1.2 million tonnes of clothing ending up in landfill annually.

This means that every minute, an equivalent of one garbage truck full of clothing is dumped in landfills across the country.

Ready to refresh your wardrobe while helping the environment? At New2U Preloved Boutique, we’re excited to offer you a £20 voucher for every 10kg of clothing you send our way! It’s a great way to declutter your space and earn some shopping credits at the same time.

How It Works:

1. Email Us: Click the link below to request our shipping address. Local drop-offs are welcome, or you can easily ship heavier items using Royal Mail.
2. Gather Your Items: Start collecting your clothing, bags, and shoes. Please ensure that all items are clean and ready for reuse or repurposing. Shoes should be in good condition and given a quick wipe. Please note, we cannot accept jewellery, underwear or bras.
3. Send Your Package: Once you have everything ready, it’s time to send us your items.
4. Quality Check: After we receive your package, please allow 5 working days for us to check your items. Once they pass our quality check, you’ll receive your gift voucher via email shortly after.

Reuse:

If your items are in good condition, we’re happy to reward you with a £20 voucher for every 10kg bag you send our way. This is a fantastic way to declutter while earning some shopping credits! Alternatively, consider donating your clothes to your favourite charity, where they can be resold and give someone else a second chance.

For items that are past their prime, why not get creative?

Upcycling is a fun way to transform your old clothing into something new and unique.

Whether it’s turning an old pair of jeans into a trendy bag or repurposing a dress into a cushion cover, the possibilities are endless!

Look for a local textile recycling centre or check with nearby pet charities and homeless shelters—they often appreciate old textiles for various uses.
